Jorge gave me the idea of using Cream Cheese to make a creamy, cheesy sauce, but I added quite a few more ingredients and it tasted pretty sweet. Onion and garlic first, fry up a bit, then lid on and flame down and carrots and zucchini go in (because they cook slower then everything else). Then the chicken (just the boned and filleted chicken I got from Aldi). Then the mushrooms and then finally the cream cheese.
