We decided last night that we'd go for a huge walk today. There was heaps of points on our map that made a big circuit from our hotel to the Little Mermaid and back. Strøget is the main pedestrian mall. I think it's a kilometre long or something ridiculous like that. It had all the shops and squares along it.

| The town hall I think. On the way home we saw what looked like a protest occur on the steps. I thought it was a group from the Muslim society protesting laws that they felt discriminate against them. |

| Copenhagen are currently extending their metro system and they actually made some exciting archaeological findings in the process! They set up a sort of outdoor installation/exhibition thing in which we took refuge from the wind with some hot dogs while we waited for our boat tour to board. |
