Being right up at the very front, I was too close to get a full shot of the drum kit.
From left to right:
Snare drum, crash cymbal, snare drum (with snare off), 3 floor toms (increasing in size), crash cymbal.
Also, a tambourine strapped to his left foot.
No bass drum.
It was really cool to watch how he actually plays his songs
And from so nearby too!

Watching Meric play, I just couldn't stop thinking about Moo Moo Farm from Mario Kart 64,

He was playing everything about 20 BPM too fast,
A wide-eyed Asian-American kid on sugar strumming manic country.
