"007" was my juror call number.
It went like fucking clockwork -
At every opportunity
"007" was called (at random) in the first batch!
I am now required in court in the city from 9:30 a.m. to at least 4:00 p.m. every weekday
Probably for the next 12 weekdays.
The time commitment really does touch a nerve with me
But who wouldn't prefer to be at the beach?!
I suppose perhaps the experience (and the pay) will make it seem worthwhile once it's over and done with?
It's actually pretty tiring being a juror.
You have to sit there and listen to everything really closely
And I'm definitely the type who skips over things I deem unimportant.
